He proved equally friendly at the hotel checkin and efficiently got me set up in a well appointed spacious room with a nice view of the pool and garden for my short stay. "The hotel is located in a great spot, nestled on the mountainside and within the heart of the forest. It’s relatively new and has all the necessary facilities. A noteworthy aspect is the very polite and kind staff who take great care of the hotel guests and strive to provide the best service. "I booked my stay mostly on the rating of reviewers. I had several problems. There is a dog in a yard right outside my room. I was awakened at 1, 2, and even 4 a.m. by the dog barking. The room was also very cold. It had a space heater but, at night, the heater could not keep up with the cold temps outside. The bathroom sink had no hot water faucet. Only cold water there.
