"Nice and clean hotel at good location. Customer service was friendly and good. However, aircon in the room is a bit too cold despite tuning down the fan speed and temperature. Breakfast buffet wasn't great in term of the variety of food and taste. Would consider G Hotel again in my next visit."

"The service at the reception was good. But the attitude from the cleaning staff was bad. One of the cleaning staff showed his anger while changing the bed sheets. After check in we discovered the bed sheets got stain. We requested to change the bed sheets. I had to made three times phone calls than the cleaning staff came to our room. While the cleaning staff changing the bed sheets, I saw blood stains on the mattress protector and the mattress! We felt so disgusted. "

"Rooms are cery clean and complimentary snacks available. Never had chance to go for breakfast and dinner. In room dining menu can be improved. Centralized ac is on of the concern in terms of becoming very cool, i dont feel they had ac control remote. I every time on and off manually at wall switch this can be improved. "

"Plung pool on balcony and views along coastline are amazing. The size of the suite is huge. Food in restaurant was lovely. Not much to do in local area but bus shops outside, which also goes to airport and Georgetown. Buffet breakfast was fantastic. Everything from Dimsum, eggs station, cereal, fruit and Danish treats. Definitely would stay again."
