"If you stay here, you must book a sea view balcony room….the ocean view day and night is beautiful…since it’s on a public beach, you sometimes get firework show from the locals too. The bed is so comfortable and enough room to sleep three. We had minor problems with a clogged sink and a broken shampoo dispenser but that was quickly resolved once we notified housekeeping (A on the response and even tidied up our bed). The infinity pool and children’s pool kept everyone very happy and cool. ...

"Hotel is great and house keeping very good. The food and beverage is quite poor for the build of the hotel. The menu is tiny and not great. The drinks are quite poor. Also the staff are not attentive. Theres entire cafes with just no one in attendance at all. It is quite bizarre and they are clearly losing a decent share of money from this. If you went up to me when I was at the pool and asked if I wanted anything I would have, even from the limited menu. The cafe downstairs has never got any...

"Great iconic hotel - good value overall - we stayed in the Victory wing and the rooms are spacious and we preferred to the heritage section. Service was polite, not overbearing and the hotel had a nice relaxed feel. Lovely infinity pool. Breakfast catered adequately fif every taste. "

Beautifully designed swimming pool with a view across the south of the city towards the hills. Room was supposed to be sea view - and to be fair, it was, but there was a huge construction project with masses of land...
