"Super close and walkable (felt safe at any hour) to all the top visiting spots in Verona, well situated to lots of restaurants and really great food. We were even able to watch the Ireland England 6 nations at the local pub! Staff were super helpful with booking last minute wine tour and tasting and suggestions for things to do. Bus to the rail station was handy for luggage and day trips to nearby Venice. Breakfast was a great spread accommodating to all dietary needs and had a nice hot/cold...

Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. "The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. But generally, a very good place to stay."
