The one downside was that there was an electricity outage for 45 minutes making elevator access and room facilities unavailable- it was during the middle one day so possibly less of an issue for most guests, but still surprising to happen at this kind of property. "This is a new hotel. Bathrooms are fantastic. Outstanding lobby. There is lot of confusion in dinning area. Most of them are still in training. The property is located in busy area. No view and surrounded by residential properties. Another side busy road. Overall, the property is close to everything and very clean."

"This is an amazing palace, but it does not live up to either its reputation or high room tariff insofar as the Hyderabadi cuisine at their Indian restaurant. The food was not up to standard and did not have an authentic Hyderabadi taste or flavor! They need to hire a local Hyderabadi chef who knows “gharana food!” The restaurant staff are very courteous and accommodating, but again, the quality of food left much to be desired. "Disappointing experience. When checking in, I had asked if our room was ready as per our specific requirements. I was repeatedly told it was ready only to find that it wasn’t when we got to the room. It took over an hour to get this done. We were not advised there was a wedding taking place the day we arrived.
