"The room was by far the best in Berlin that I’ve stayed at. The breakfast was just wonderful with options and attentive staff. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. Perhaps best is that I was able to walk to the Brandenburg Gate, the Mall of Berlin, Checkpoint Charlie, the espionage Museum, the Playce (shopping), and much more."

"We stayed for the holidays and the trip was perfect. Walking distance to Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Place and Unter den Linden, but also great connections by bus and subway right in front of the hotel entrance. All the staff where very nice and the whole trip was perfect. We really enjoyed having a balcony in the city center. "

"It was horrible we checked in and they gave us a handicapped room which we did not order they said it’s with a better view wand it was with 2 single beds even though we ordered a king bed so I told them to change it and they said we have to check out the next day wait until 3pm if we wanted to change the room , the did not clean good the indoor pool and the sauna were cold the room service never answered and when we asked for 3 forks they charged us for 6 euro charge "
