"Loved this place! Stayed here with 5 other people and the room was so nice and clean. We loved the 2 showers and 2 toilets especially. Staff was great and showed us how to get to grandvalira. Recommend!"

"Every room is a junior suite. Underground parking under the hotel with direct access to the hotel. Easy access to the main tax free shopping area. For access to fitness center, you need to reserve a time with a receptionist and get a separate room key. Jacuzzi does not work."

"Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice. My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. "From the arrange pick up at the airport to our departure this was a fantastic stay. The staff is genuinely welcoming and makes you fell special from the moment you walk through the door. They've understood the difference between service only and service with hospitality.
