"What an absolutely wonderful hotel in a wonderful location!!! - From the moment of arrival - I was treated superbly!!! My room was the Astor Suite and for the 3 days I had a fabulous time there. "The staff in the pool and restaurant were outstanding! The food was excellent. The main pool needs maintenance. It has a lot of missing tiles which has caused injuries for my kids. The quickness to address the injuries was lacking. I expected more for a 5 stars resort. "

"The staff were amazing especially the bell boy Hicham and the lady who cleaned our room. My son changed the sign outside our door to DO NOT DISTURB as a joke and I called for the room to be cleaned later in the day and she complied immediately. Fantastic staff. The only thing I didn’t like is that the hotel was not by the beach as the name suggests but I suppose I should have asked before finalizing the booking. Otherwise our stay was FAB."
