When inquired, our waiter mentioned that he used his personal phone to stream music, but it frequently encountered issues, resulting in silence. This not only detracted from the overall dining atmosphere but also reflected a lack of proper equipment and preparation on the part of the establishment. A proper orientation could have enhanced our experience and provided valuable information about the hotel's amenities and services.
