"I felt like a rock star. I was greeted and instead of checking in at reception I was taken to my room and it was done there. I was welcomed by a plate of chocolates. With my Unity card, I had a choice of freebies. I chose a welcome drink and got a bucket of FOUR beers. Woo hoo. The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. Highly recommend "

"I was told they didn’t have cars to the airport so I hired someone separate, then when they came they got turned away and I had to pay them and the hotel driver that was apparently the only one allowed to give me a ride. But the staff were friendly, the place was kept clean, and the vegetarian restaurant had incredible food and service!"

"I have to say, the property looks nice. The staff smiles at the entrance. We checked-in to a Premium Cottage room and realised it was unbearably hot, even with the air conditioning operating at peak. It had high ceilings because of a beautiful design but totally inconvenient and uncomfortable. We would not have survived in the room for the 2 nights we needed to stay at this property and instead of making a fuss about something that cannot be rectified. We asked to upgrade to the highest...
