"Beautiful hotel in a lovely area. There is free parking on residential roads around the hotel which helps and it is right next to the bus and train station. Lovely staff and beautiful and clean rooms. "

"A peaceful place with good breakfast. However, we arrived at 10am on a Sunday, reception closes at 5pm, so were given our keys by restaurant staff, which was ok but when we found our rooms they were unbearably hot and stuffy, and in one the bathroom fan was stuck on making a high pitch squeal. With no reception staff or night porter, we had to find a fuse box and cut the bathroom electricity in order to get to sleep. "The hotel is conveniently located off the motorway. We did not use it but it is located next to a shopping centre, which is handy. The laundry facilities were a much appreciated feature and the staff were extremely helpful, even checking around for what restaurants might be open for us on New Years Eve.
