"This is a hotel you can escape from Shanghai and spent a weekend . Very crowded parking lots, and guests smoking freely in the hallways are the major issues. You would also not expect any western food in the breakfast."

"Very nice, modern hotel, set within the parklands of west Shanghai. Plenty of recreational activities and walking nearby, along with Happy Valley Shanghai theme park (which isn’t that happy!!). Overall a nice stay, although AC wasn’t activate due to the hotel not using the central chiller. Room was a rather unpleasant 25 degrees at night, even with balcony door open. "Stayed here for one night because convenient to plans the next day and because I've stayed in other Qube's and enjoyed them. The biggest disappointment was the "gym": the messiest, dirtiest workout area I have ever been in (see photos)! Regarding the room, it was spacious and decent, though dark, and the air conditioning would not cool below about 22-25C...made for an uncomfortable night in late July. Breakfast was just OK - edible but below average. Had dinner in one of the restaurants...
