"It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. Food and service were excellent although a bit pricey The roof top bar was closed on the Wednesday night when we stayed Separate toilet and shower room ( no door on shower room ) which was handy. The building is beautiful with sumptuous relaxing interior decor from the restaurant to the garden to the room. The room had everything I could need including a balcony with a view over the garden. "This is a great hotel ideally located for a longer visit and walk into the city. Our bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel. Although a long drive from Lincoln may have helped our sleep. The shower was excellent in terms of heat and power but the dated above bath holder and curtain let it down. It was too high and was best hand held or angered on the stability bar. That was a pity as otherise this was a nice hotel with great free parking. "

"We have an exceptional 4 day stay! The rooms are beautifully appointed with everything you could want (the only thing to note is that some rooms have the shower and sink in a loft space, so the stairs were a little challenging for my mother). The breakfast buffet is a must! The views are stunning from every window in the hotel, and the location could not be better. The staff was warm and very helpful. It was a perfect stay."

"The room was better than expected! Very elegant, has a jacuzzi as well and everything that you need into a room. Also very warm since it has a well working sir conditioning. Also they provide a very nice breakfast both salty and sweet and you can also have lunch a dinner if you'd like to. I just give 4 star for the staff since when I did the check-in, the guy was rushing and just asked me my name, trusted my word (well I'm glad that he trusted me but I'm just saying this for the hotel's safety...

"Stayed @ the hotel before. Good breakfast lots of choices. Room and beds(two singles) are basic but comfortable. Bathroom could use an update. The bath tub shower combination ended up giving issues with water running onto the floor. Would prefer a plain shower stall and no tub. Got some issues with the electronic key. 3 time I had to go back to reception for a new key.. as the old one locked me out. From my understanding from the reception person it seems to happen often. "

The restaurants in the town square are 4 minutes walk from the hotel and they offer an excellent menu.The bedroom windows have the normal heavy curtains but in addition they also have electric operated shutters that ensures a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was really good. "
