"The staff was very accommodating. The first room we were in smelled so strongly of cigars and cigarettes that we asked to have a different room. The second room we got was great! Smelled much better. The beds were comfortable and when I couldn’t figure out the heating system the same staff member came to are room and showed us how the heater worked. "Das ganze ist eher eine Unterkunft, als wie ein Hotel. Hätte das niemals gebucht, wenn ich im Vorfeld gewusst hätte, daß diese Unterkunft eher 2 als wie 4 Sterne verdient hat. Das angebliche Frühstücksbuffet, ist eine Lachnummer. Zum Beispiel, die Brötchen sind eingefrorene, selbst aufgebacken, Körnerbrötchen waren immer schnellvergriffen. Brot lagen paar Scheiben daneben. Die einzige Bedienung war sehr nett und bemüht, aber bei den vielen Räumen natürlich total überfordert. In unserem Zimmer...
