"Very lovely stay. Staff was friendly. Spa was ok, but pool and hot tub were nice. Room was a little dated. TV reception was spotty, but again staff was wonderful!! "

"Customer service is rubbish at this property, we paid for nonsmoking room but upon checking in the room stunk of cigarettes and damp , we have to call the police in order for them to change the room !"

"The hotel is amazing, lovely garden, very well located, good breakfast. Inside the room it could be perfect if it had a shutter or a black out curtain for total sun block. The restaurant staff could improve to the standard of reception and house keeping staff level (kind and attentive). "
