"Hotel was very clean with a good sized pool. Unfortunately I never got chance to take advantage of it. Rooms were a decent size with a bath and shower. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was roughly 20 degrees without us having to adjust it. Towels were plentiful and our room was cleaned with freshly made beds everyday, Only issue we had was the location as it was about 15 minute taxi ride into centre. "The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "

"Easy enough to drive to from the airport in a quiet location. All major tourist things are easily accessible by car. Rooms are great. Meals are a bit dull an overpriced compared to what you can get in central Krakow. Staff are brilliant ... helpful and polite x "
