"Very clean and well maintained hostel (I would use hotel). We lived in a standard room with twin beds on the second floor (XII) facing another building, and it was very quiet. I was glad that we didn’t have the view, as I preferred the quietness. Comfortable beds, nice dark room (wooden window shades), clean and comfortable. "Unique boutique hotel just inside the walls of the old town with an abundance of dining and shopping options within steps of the hotel. Although it said parking within 20m we were unable to ever find a spot however discovered free parking at Ravnice 2….which was a bit of a hike. Absolutely delicious meal at Harbourhouse restaurant which is across a beautiful, lit bridge on the other side of the harbour. No staff on site at the hotel and housekeeping is on request. "

"This property is absolutely beautiful! The pictures looked good but in reality it is even better!! The hosts have gone so much further than what you would expect. The property is appointed so well and you can tell they have a deep desire to please their guests. The kitchen is fully equipped to use, linens were plentiful, bedding was very comfortable and it is just as pleasant as can be. The location is fantastic for walking just about everywhere; plenty of shops, restaurants and fun places...

"Pyrotima Apartments is an old building, just like all buildings in Old Town. The apartments, however, are furnished with modern bathroom and kitchen, TV, AC, wifi, and other modern comfort things. The location is very convenient to all the dinning, museums and shopping area. Our host Ante is simply the best. Very enjoyable stay in Old Town Zadar. "

"So this isnt a hotel or an apartment. Its a bedroom with a bathroom, fridge and kettle. Which is underrated because there are so many nice places to eat nearby (plus loads of excursions) a kitchen will be a waste of money as you will not want to cook. Suited me perfectly. Really nice decoration, clean and comfortable. An extra clean was done during my stay with the towels all replenished. Wonderful location, everywhere bar the airpoort was walkable. Entrance was discretely in a alleyway next...

"Room is clean and beautifully designed but do note there are birds chirping at 4am. Check-in and check-out was smooth and it's about 5 mins walk to the Sea Organ."

"Updated, modern and clean room. Stone walls throughout, hardwood floors, decent shower. A bit small and dark, but quiet. Good for a short visit. Very easy and convenien for walking around the old town. A man met us to help us figure out where to park (which was confusing) and led us to the property. We never saw anyone else but they were very responsive to emails with questions."
