"the good: very friendly staff, good location however be aware that the beach is full of rocks that can be dangerous to children if there are waves. the sea is beautiful, very clean water. 5* for the lady who greets guests at dinner, incredible attitude and genuine, loved meeting her daily! the bad: room and the furniture is more like a 3 star hotel (although it has some ingenious features like a location for bags under the closet, AC that runs on low when not in the room). the hallways look...

"Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too. I had to insist it was changed to what I’d paid for which they did. Other than that I’d recommend. Food is good with a huge choice, comfy beds and place is always very clean"

The staff really try to be helpful - and they were helpful with several requests. Now the negative - our room was dirty when we arrived - there was a dried blood spot on one duvet cover, there were hairs in the bathroom and an old bar of soap still in the shower.
