"The hotel was absolutely sparkling, very high end modern decor, staff were very helpful really friendly, we got lunch while we waited check in time, the restaurant is again super clean and tidy, excellent staff we were very well looked after, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. We were blown away with our stay and it was a very high end stay for an incredible price we will absolutely stay here when we come back to visit."

"The hotel is badly run. People there have no idea how to manage staff or handle difficult situations. We have paid for a stay in a reportedly prestigous 4* hotel. When we arrived there was no internet, on the next day there was no electricity, then on the third day elevators broke and we had to carry everything from 7th floor to the ground floor. This hotel gets 9/10 because of only a couple of small minor inconveniences; firstly no TV remote in room (but I didn't need the TV so no issue), secondly the shower head was little loose meaning it was hard to get under the water.
