"The hotel has a range of different people staying from mainly UK, Germany and others. Whilst some people liked having a lot of drinks, it is also family friendly. There is a really nice concierge/receptionist who helped give me information about the local area. I liked my room and the food options and I got a bargain price for my short stay. I would recommend "

"This is the first and only hotel where upon arrival I was greeted with home-made bread and honey. It's a Bulgarian tradition but not practiced at large resorts. "

"Very nice complex. A lot of beautiful swiming pools. Nice landscaping. Not far away from Black Sea. Only our one bedroom apartment had 1 mirror in the bathroom. Light in the bathroom was very bad, not bright enough. Overall was good. Will recommend it to friends and family. "

"We booked the room and then we attempted to contact the property countless times to confirm our reservation and no one answered the phone. On arrival were met by a staff member that should not be working in hospitality as he never said any welcoming words. On the way to our room we realised that we made a huge mistake as the dirt in the corridors was indescribable and unfortunately the smell of food such as fry macro and variety of off soup we’re almost chocking us; never mind that when I entered the room I realised that the room itself was worst than the corridors, when tried to get a shower the shower was broken which was fixed but the toilet flush wasn’t working properly and I did have to fill 10 litres of water bottle and use it to flush the toilet.This also was reported but for four days we were there no one did fixed the issue. In the morning we miss the breakfast but when we went to the snack bar it become clear to us why there was bad smell in the corridor as the staff were frying everything in a black oil, the tables and food areas were disgusting. Food at the snack bar is disgusting and not safe to eat. Nobody from the hotels chefs follow food hygiene guidelines and checked the temperature of the hot dishes during my stay! Kitchen staff did not speak any different languages like English. There is no description of the food nobody knows what they eating! No information about food allergy! The hotel description are 4 stars but did not meet the criteria for 2 stars!"

"Beautiful and clean property, convenient location on the beach and near buy shopping, restaurants. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. The only problem we have is the parking. No parking available and we got a parking ticket with in 5 min just to check in to the hotel."

"This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6. The food is horrible , no service at all, 7. All the staff is Ukrainian , and they do not speak Bulgarian or English. 8. No soap or toilet paper in the restrooms at the lobbies. I have pictures upon request. This is not even 1 star resort."

"My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool area and activities and services. Although, the massage they offer is pretty unreliable. He canceled on me twice and finally I never was able to get one. "

"We loved our stay at Sol Luna Bay!! Thank you! We felt like every day the hotel was exceeding our expectations. The animation staff was amazing, and our kids loved the mini kids club! There was always something to o for them.We happened to stay at the hotel while our son was turning 5. To our surprise he received some treats from the hotel with a heartwarming note! The hotel was always clean and well maintained. There was a big variety of food, fresh and delicious. All five members of our family could always find something that they loved. The ladies on the kitchen and in the dining room were very nice and friendly. Another surprise was a special dinner on Saturday which happened to be our last night with decorated dining room, music, champagne and party on the beach! We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. "
