"The staff is pathetic doesn’t know how to speak in English not even a single person speak english in this hotel. And the room is stinky dirty and the shocking part is AC was not working in any room i changed 2 and they say to open the window if you are feeling hot. This is not a hotel this is a PG house. Strange never recommend any one who are coming for leisure and business and ruin there vacation."

"Fantastic hotel in every aspect. Service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Everyone is genuine, personal and warm. The location is perfect for a Yantai stay. "The hotel facility was clean and nicely managed. But the check in desk person hardly spoke any english. They over charge you in advace with your credit card at the check in and I think they were supposed to reimburse your money at the check out. I didn't get reimbursed yet and it has been already 5 days. The counter person didn't speak any English when I was checking out so I got the receipt and decided to wait. And I am still waiting..."

"Service was friendly and good. Took a bus tour (from the travel desk in the lobby) to Penglai Pavillion. I highly recommend it. I went to the Yantai Museum. It is very nice. I hired a taxi for two hours. I bought wine made in Yantai at the Changyu Wine Museum. I went up Yantai Hill for a view of the city and the ocean. It is lovely. And I went to the Whale Shark Aquarium. It is a FANTASTIC aquarium!"
