"We stayed in the hotel for one night as we had no idea during booking about the hotel and the great environment, now we regret that we did not stay there longer. "I like rooms amiies and servce staff were helpful"

"This was supposed to be a 5* hotel. The room we were initially given was dirty and smelly. We asked them to change it. After 3 attempts at showing us different rooms, we were eventually given a clean room and the furniture in it was also clean. The staff were friendly and to be fair they were actually in the middle of renovations. It worked out for us in the end. "

While we went to get message in the hotel and did not lock the door to our room, someone from staff stole our wallet with credit card and money with personal Id card. Very disappointed Tanya is manager in duty. She is very nice got cctv and security to check room but did not find wallet so conclusion is staff stole it. She said...
