Someone came down and showed us a room with stained carpets, stained curtains, stained towels, dark bathroom that wasn't clean. Carpeted stairs had stains. "The place is brand new. Very well maintained. Great service. Highly friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Good dining options. Amazing pool. There are not too many attractions close by. Perfect place just to relax or to spend a day in between Patras and Athens or south Peloponnese. Highly recommended!"

Cons: Restaurant service stuff was inexperienced. Music playing from 10am till after midnight is loud passes in the main building front rooms. The Sikelianios villa restaurant was closed (2024), villa was unaccessible. Overall, highly recommended. "
