"Upon our arrival the lady on the reception had an attitude. We were charged for Wifi, despite Wifi being included in the reservation. The room was dirty and smelled bad. The Hotel does not have Air condition, and again it was included in the room's description. Thankfully there was a very friendly man working on the reception who actually cared. "Have to say we loved everything about our stay at Maasparel Nextdoor. The town of Arcen is lovely. Our room was clean, with great décor, comfortable beds and a awesome view of the river. The food for breakfast was delicious as well. By far the very best part of our stay was the friendly staff. Lisa and her team were warm, welcoming, accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. We could not have been happier with our 2 night stay. "
