"Great stay at the hotel and rooms are lovely and big with great views if you have a twin balcony view. Great pool and spa and hotel bar. Reception staff were friendly and gave out a useful info sheet when you check in which was everything you need to know. Car parking is convenient next to hotel too. The big standout for me was the breakfast. Worth adding to the reservation. The manager who had blonde hair and was the f&B manager greeted us explained how everything worked and seated us it’s these little things that make a huge difference. The staff at breakfast had such a good flow, not a dirty table in sight and they were constantly checking in on the tables. Kian Cross the breakfast server also just as personable but he had a special sparkle with the guests and was so lovely to us recommending plenty of local places. He wasn’t over casual and was very professional and I think he was completely wasted in his current position. Both had very good energy and were special members of staff that many hotels are missing. Swimming pool also was such a highlight and they have family hours as well as adults only which pleases everyone. Only thing we didn’t like was the groups of non hotel guests in the hotel bar at night. Was slightly intimidating "

"Myself and a large amount of family booked to stay as the hotel were also providing services for my mothers post funeral reception. From start to finish everyone we dealt with were exceptional. Professional and sensitive to our situation throughout our stay, managing to accomodate everyone's needs as they came. The reception team, bar and restaurant staff and the guys sorting out the function room were great. Our actual room and those of my family were all very clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant at short notce with no issues and ate in the bar area at various points, with all the food being very good. We have stayed a few times over recent years and always get great service. The location is great and handy for town as well."

"My stay at the hotel was excellent. The room was clean . The bed amazingly comfortable and I had a good nights sleep. The bathroom was spacious with shower that was nice and powerful, with a good sized separate bath tub. The tea making facilities were great. The staff were very helpful and polite . I would definitely stay here again."
