"My husband and I loved our stay at the Pink Shell. Our condo had everything we needed, including an amazing view of the water. Valet made parking so easy, on site restaurants by the water made relaxing easy. We also enjoyed walking at the park near the property. We’d love to return with our kids - ran out of time to use the bikes and kayaks. "

"Althought my reservation included parking they tried to charge me $20/day and also charged me almost $2000 on my credit card saying it was for "incidentals" and I spent an hour having to argue with them to get it reversed. Then when I checked out they STILL charged me for parking and had to reverse it even though they said they would the day I checked in. We called the front desk for some toiletries THREE times before they delivered them to our room."
