"Beatrice, front desk manager greeted me with an ebullient smile. Hotel modern and comfortable and stacked with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Walkable from airport so perfect for early morning departure. Had dinner there which was delicious. Perfect option for flying in or out of Krakow. "

"Hotel was very clean with a good sized pool. Unfortunately I never got chance to take advantage of it. Rooms were a decent size with a bath and shower. Beds were comfortable and the room temperature was roughly 20 degrees without us having to adjust it. Towels were plentiful and our room was cleaned with freshly made beds everyday, Only issue we had was the location as it was about 15 minute taxi ride into centre. "A very comfortable triple room with the double and large single beds in different sections of the room (U shaped room), meant we had a good separation and yet family room. Amazing customer service. Awesome breakfast meant we started our days off on a full stomach!"

The front desk staff told me their can’t find my reservation in the system,so I contact with Expedia agent many times.When I spoke with front desk again one hour later,their told me their are out of rooms.It’s ridiculous. "The staff member at the front desk failed to tell us that key cards are needed to use the room lights. The phone in the room wasn’t working so we had to walk to the front desk for these instructions. Wifi pass code was incorrect on the room card holder but staff member also forgot to mention that.. so had to walk back to front desk for this. "
