"We had a warm welcome. Our room was on the small side for a twin and there was a huge tv completely in front of the mirror! The bathroom felt recently decorated and was very clean. We had bad neighbours fighting during the night but the staff managed to sort the problem out after an hour.(3-4am!) For a four star hotel the the facilities in the room were limited. No spare toilet roll, no shaving mirror and the room itself was a little small.
