"This hotel is ideal for a break in north Norfolk and is very reasonably priced. We stayed in mid December 2025 for two nights. The hotel is in very good condition and very well kept. We dined at the hotel’s restaurant both nights and had fabulous meals with excellent service. "We stayed for 2 nights and included the breakfast which was very good, we used all the facilities, pool jacuzzi and sauna which were amazing, Staff were so knowledgeable and very helpful, Carlos and Marc go above and beyond for the guests, c"

"Very clean and well appointed rooms. The carvery restaurant associated with the hotel is pricey but is very popular. Food was very good. Need to book a table especially at weekends."

"Stay here regular friendly hotel with good alcohol options. Food generous portions and good quality. Rooms are clean could do with updating a little but it adds to the charm. "

"Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and was close to the city centre. Breakfast was average, a good selection but as it was buffet style its hit and miss. Room was spacious, shower had good pressure but the shower door was not the best and the water was spraying out on the bathroom floor. Bed was a good size but the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were not the softest too. Overall we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again. "
