If you're wondering about the modern glass open type bathroom, the toilet is in a seperate area with a door. There is a thin sheer curtain but not a door. "It’s very obvious it’s off season in Blankenberg. Sadly that means that some of the advertised facilities are not available.. pity. Breakfast looked nice, would have liked some but doesn’t start till 8 which is too late for me and anyone else who has to be at work… pity."

"This is THE place to stay in Bruges. The entire hotel is curated for comfort and ambience. The hotel staff is very friendly, they served us drinks at the chic bar and they gave us coffee in the morning room. Lovely atmosphere all around. They have private parking on their own property, which is pretty much a miracle in Bruges. The bed, room and bathroom were all of standard/expected American size, so we didn’t feel claustrophobic.
