"This is a hotel built to serve off airport car parking and is geared to single night stays. It is next to a multi story car park and nothing else, in an industrial area. As a result the hotel has limited facilities and there are no other options locally for food or drink,. "The staffs were amazingly kind and nice. I couldn’t feel any inconvenience. Even I need to leave the hotel early in the morning, the breakfast was prepared quite early and enjoyed it. At the same time, I asked to call a taxi to the Mainz central station, and a staff asked/confirmed it right away. "

"A lovely little find, not far from the airport and shops etc. The staff were lovely and very efficient . I had a minor issue in my room and the lady moved us straight away even though I said a few extra duvets would be fine. Great location to visit the markets and the choice of food around the area is good also. "

"Communication with the staff is only by a supposed iPad in the room. We did not have one so we had to go to the front desk if we needed anything. The hotel was lovely and the breakfast was one of the very best that I’ve experienced. It was close to the train station which made our day trips very easy. We loved the “best western” theme of the hotel.."

"I've stayed in NH hotels before and the value fir money is good. Rooms are spacious. This one even had a very nice restaurant for dinner and breakfast. The only issue I had was with the air condition thermostat. It seemed defective. The room was rather warm and uncomfortable during a hit summer day & night."

"had i known it was one of those places you have to check in alone with a machine i would haVE BOOKED ELSE WHERE BUT luckily there was a guy who happened to be there and was able to help me check in so there was no problem but i the past it has always been an unpleasant struggle to jump through the hoops of the self check in places "
