"This was a return visit. We received a warm welcome and the staff were always polite and helpful. A plate of petit fours awaited us in our room. The room was large and although storage for our belongings was tight we managed well. Its accessibility to the station was a boon as we used the train and the Swiss Travel Pass every day. "The information on Hotels.com that all suites have a river view is incorrect. Our allocation was a view of the car park and a building opposite. The ‘accessible’ room provided had a wet room with excellent view of the toilet from the bed. Possibly provided because of a company event taking over. The smaller room that we were reallocated had excellent views across the river and was very comfortable. When a new river view suite was available, that was excellent, spacious and worth moving again...
