"We had ordered a taxi from the hotel to the airport. Confirmation was received. After waiting at the airport I contacted the hotel to be told the person had obviously forgot to order the taxi. We then got an Uber for 11820 HUF. Arriving at the hotel the staff gave us a warm welcome and complimentary drink for the inconvenience. The room was really nice and bathroom clean. "They need to renew the facilities and their furniture. The upholstery of the furniture gives a bad impression although in its heyday it must have been a luxurious hotel.
