"After an exhausting day of travel, we finally checked-in at about 3am. Unfortunately, the lift broke down while we are in the lift with our luggages. The service team did rescue us after about 30 minutes. We were lucky there were staff at 3am in the morning. The hotel lift needs urgent servicing. Otherwise, the location and overall experience was good. Breakfast was very limited."

"Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. Thankful that the other staff membets stepped in after they realised that...

"The hotel is clean and quiet. However, they do not assist guests with booking day tours. A bit of a walk to the nearest metro station but only a short taxi ride to bell/drum towers. Taxis are quite cheap here. Walkable to xian yan tower."

"Located at the heart of Xi’an, walkable to the Bell Tower and subway (just few mins). Hotel is very clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly. Room is huge and very comfy. Love the heated toilet seat during winter and the automatic bidet. Enjoyed my stay very much! Highly recommended!"
