"Very pleasantly surprised as the photos on the website didn’t do this hotel justice. The grounds, decor and general standard was very high and staff all very professional. Our family room was an excellent size, with 2 bathrooms and a door between sleeping areas. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. "The receptionists were very kind and professional. The only thing I think that could be better is the cleaning. There were a lot of dust in the room and even asking for a cleaning later, they didn’t cleaned. "

Jim was decent and available 24 hours a day. train Station was around a 15 minute walk and there was many shops and restaurants around the hotel location. Would highly recommend this property."
