"Excellent resort with beautiful views, staff were very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was that on a couple of occasions we had to wait for the buggy between 20 - 30 minutes. They do state that the maximum wait time is 20 minutes, I feel this should be no more than 10 minutes maximum, it is quite a walk from the villa to the main part of the hotel. "

"We booked a room with a private pool but when we arrived the room was located on the 1st floor without a private pool. It turned out the ‘private pool’ was a shared pool on the ground floor with the room below ours. It clearly stated a private pool when we made the reservation and I went back afterwards to double check if it said a shared pool anywhere - but it didn’t.
