"Out of date leaflets were given to us with offers that were no longer available. Wi-Fi wasn’t working until our last night there. Breakfast was VERY limited. We found bugs in our beds and our room was never serviced! The reception and restaurant staff were really nice and helpful and the location is lovely if you have your own transport (which we didn’t!) "Hotel is very close to the train station and on a main shopping street with restaurants close by The bathroom garbage had not been emptied and the sink stopper was stuck this was quickly fixed by the hotel staff I had to leave early to catch a train but the elevator is not operational before 8am so required me to walk down 3 flights with luggage"
