"The Orange Tree has benefited from an extensive upgrade and refurbishment and the place exudes an air of nothing spared quality. We had an upstairs annex room and whilst the room itself was clean and well appointed, it was rather cramped and lacked any windows and therefore the option of nighttime ventilation - not so good in hot weather. Food quality was good and menu choice also good, although service was a little slow at times, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy."

"Compact room thin walls can here everything shower ok toilet not very good but all surpassed by very friendly and helpful staff and our evening meal was fantastic the lamb was very nice need to improve parking I had to park in the street car park was full so was the lawns need number plate recognition but overall would stay again"

"Receptionists warm and welcoming. Showed us to our room which was perfect for our one night stay. Lovely little extras in the room such as gin & tonics, strawberry tartlets and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. Room well appointed with everything you need. Free fresh milk and bottled water available from a fridge next to reception. Ate in the bar area in the evening and was presented with a lovely plate of petit fours as a gift after our meal. "We arrived and was warmly great by Jacqui. Shown to our room where all amenities were explained. Room was perfect for us for the one night. All toiletries provided along with lots of small items like a pad and pen, Sleep caps. breakfast was lovely. when we come to Sherringham we will definitely stay again. Perfect location."

"Really lovely room. Lots of extras you don't usually get like a fridge, water, washing up liquid and cloths so you can wash up your glasses and cups, umbrella, torch and magnifying make up mirror. On arrival there was really tasty home made flapjacks in the room. Our room had a little decking area with chairs. We sat out one evening and it was so peaceful. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice. The booking was simple and the owners communicated really well before and during our stay....

"Staff were superb and food was as excellent as always. Bar furniture looks a little dated and could use a deep clean in places, but very comfortable. Bed was superb and the room excellent. The underfloor heating takes ages to warm the room and as it was very cold, it would have been nicer if it had been turned up a while before arrival. Minor points though. Overall extremely good and we will certainly be back."
