"Very pleasant stay. The hotel is handy for the airport and has two tram stops in a short walk to get into the city. We were in town for the rugby at Murrayfield and it’s a short hop to the stadium from the hotel! We would definitely visit again if in Edinburgh."

"Easy parking . Lovely common areas lounge bar , lounge ,dining room and reception. Staff all wonderfull could not be more helpfull. Our room let it down a little(17). Window would not open so reported Wednesday not fixed left sunday, Water pressure non existent but room very clean.and lovely biscuits."

"Beautiful hotel, not a castle but a very big house built in the Scottish Baronial style. Staff were very friendly. Our room was immaculate and a very pleasant place to be. We had a good evening meal and an excellent breakfast. All told, we had a marvellous stay at a lovely hotel, which was also outstanding value for money."
