"Necesitan ayuda con las maletas ,sobre todo con las personas mayores y deberian revisar que hay turistas de us y canada que no necesitamos dormir con la ventana abierta con las ventanas aviertas porque alguien considera que hay frio ,esa es ipcion del turista que paga por el servicio , y si es mas gasto energetico cobrenlo y que cada cual acepte o no Son personas muy amables "

Having expected to have dinner, no food was available nor was breakfast. Quite honestly if we hadn't already paid we would have left. I expect the place will be closed very soon. "
