"Your hotel is absolutely beautiful. We loved the accommodations and the amenities. Breakfast was delicious as well as our dinner in your restaurant. Everyone is polite and friendly. Enjoyed the pool also! When we checked in I would have to say that the young man at the desk was not particularly friendly and never notified us of the “Brixen card”. "An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended."
