"The pool is not heated so very cold to swim in. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there. Only 2 blocks from the Malecon and all the restaurant and shops. Quite quiet in late November though."

"In Town of San Felipe "

"I reserved and paid for a room with water view guaranteed. When I got to the office window the lady said there were no more but the parking lot was empty except for 2 cars. She made me pay more out of pocket for a room that didn’t have water views."

"The lady running this place is extremely professional. Everything is super clean and smells nice. The office too. She told me that the front desk is 24 hours and she meant it. There is always someone there. Some may find the rooms to be Spartan, but please, consider the room you would have for that price in Seattle, or Minneapolis, etc. You have a nice, clean room in a safe area. Simple walk to shopping and the beach. Cement beds don't squeak."
