"Everything there is excellent, the only problem is the guy from the breakfast buffet, it looks like he hates his job and have a horrible attitude as well as the young lady in the front desk morning shift. Other than that the place is awesome "

"We reserved a room for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 kids, we include in the reservation the “breakfast-buffet” however the kids were not included. They let us know when they just set up a table for two. Besides from that everything was pristine."

"We stayed for 7 nights for the World Jigsaw Puzzle Championship. We loved how much room we had in our hotel room and really appreciated the mini fridge so we could keep some food in the room. The hotel is right next door to the cathedral which provided beautiful views from our window and it was beautiful to be able to hear the bells. All staff were so friendly and helpful. "This is a purpose built hotel on edge of town, close by the motorway. There is an outdoor car park. Some building work was in progress but, other than closing the outdoor pool and surrounding area, this had no impact on our stay. There is also a small(ish) indoor pool and gym. "Close to busy road yet quiet. Close to different Metro stations and many restaurants and shops. Staff are very kind and professional. Good communication in English. The porter took our luggage to the taxi parked a little far from the hotel. Very helpful. Room is spacious and very quiet. Housekeeping was provided in the afternoon upon our request. We are very satisfied with the services provided. Will stay here again"

"Chose this hotel for a one night stay on the way to Santander as it was dog friendly and previous good reviews. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a suite, which was much appreciated. We ate in the bar which had a good choice of food and was very reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others."
