"The staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was wonderful, parking was easy, gym was small but sufficient. The town of Aranjuez was beautiful and a joy to explore. Our only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock but that is also personal preference. "

"This hotel is in a fantastic location just two minutes from the cathedral. The room is spacious and the breakfast was excellent. One thing to note: driving to the hotel to drop off luggage requires navigating winding, narrow streets with poor signage, so we opted to drop our car off at their recommended parking garage and then walk to the hotel. Unfortunately, several of the elevators in the parking garage are permanently disabled and the walk to the hotel was mostly uphill."

"A really busy hotel used by the local Spanish. Always noisy in the restaurant area but quiet elsewhere. Great for an overnight stay, dry clean and friendly."

"The young lady who checked us (we didn't get her name) was absolutely fantastic. She was enthusiastic, extremely polite and patient. She was more than helpful. She is a big asset to the hotel. The room was large, and very comfortable. I would definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Toledo. Bravo!"

"Estuvimos de viernes a domingo. El alojamiento es prácticamente nuevo, muy completo ( toallas, almohadas, menaje de cocina...) nos encantó la decoración y lo cuidado y limpio que estaba todo. Parking con acceso mediante ascensor. Muy cerca de todo el centro histórico, perfecto para pasar unos días por Toledo."
