"The food was nice, was good to have bacon and good quality mini sausages. The scrambled eggs were nice too, and the hotel is really pretty. In particular the breakfast area is the best I've seen in a long time!"

"When we got to the hotel there was no one at the door to pick up our luggage. So we have to carry 25 kgs bag up 8 stairs. The check in was busy but it move fast. Our check in officer Elena made our day more comfortable. Throughout our stay we consider Elena a super star for all the work and help that she does for the hotel clients. The room was beautiful but a little small in space for our bags. The area for improvement is the bar service. We have to go to the bar two times to ask for service...

"Well located Hotel that would need a general overhaul. Rooms are are Ok but small; we decided to upgrade at our expense. Pool is very small but we are in the Centre of a big city. "

"Stayed for 1 night as was close to Airport. Room for 3 was very clean but smell in the room was not nice. Unsure what it was exactly, if it was the cleaning products used but opened the window to ease it. As we were there for 1 night only I tolerated it. Location was good as shops in the area to access, food or shopping. "

"Nice basic hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. However the level of noise from outside was quite bad. Even with the wooden shutters drawn. There was a bit of a draught from the window. Decent double glazing may help. The restaurant food was average and it was difficult to get the attention of waiting staff at times. Opening time was 20.30 but there were people sat at tables much earlier than that hogging the best tables. So bring ear plugs and get into the restaurant...
