"The property is ideally located near the chairlifts, they have their own ski/boot room with keys for lockers free from reception. Bar area is nice, restaurant was very good for breakfast. Overall 9/10 (it is pretty warm in the hotel rooms!)"

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "Loved our stay. Reserved a 1 bedroom for myself, wife and 2 teenage daughters. Got a room with an extra 1/2 bathroom which was nice. The room was clean, roomy enough and nice. Kitchen was well equipped to make breakfast. Supermarket across the street. Excellent restaurant across the street for dinner. Ski rental next door as well. Not much else within walking distance. Shuttle to Grau Roig ski area was very convenient. Spa was really nice. Indoor and outdoor hot tub, Sauna, steam room and cold...

"Fabulous location - probably the best for access to the slopes. Ski storage room was dissappointing, bedrooms are lovely. Great that its adjoined to the Hermitage and you can use the bar there. The service is the Village bar was very slow. Left some items behind in the room. They were not handed in. Nice candle as a Christmas present - shame we didn't get the chocolates like our friends did!"

The schedule for the transportation was not clear or shared with guests. I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia app/website, but they didn't respond to my messages. "Hotel is great. Staff were very helpfull. Breakfast was good choice and plentifull. Location great with ski lockers very close to gondola/piest. Rooms could have small kettle and mire comfortable pillows. Spa price between €40 and €50 make sure you have your own pool footware as you must have it or pay for it. "

The food was excellent (especially the evening meals) if you're a meat eater, with limited/moderate option choices if your diet is limited to vegetarian/non-meat eating.
