"Everything was perfect except miss sheetal at the reception lacks customer service skills. I was a resident of the hotel for 2 nights and on my last night at the hotel my elderly parents who cannot walk comfortably, i decided to accompany them to their room. She told me not to accompany my parents because its the company policy that strangers do not need to have access to other client’s room. My mom told her both are my daughters are residing in the hotel even that she insisted not to accompany...

"Nice place to view once, but I won't be back. The all inclusive is not really all inclusive but some inclusive. My favourite drink is Negroni and Capirinha and those were not on the All inclusive list, so you have to pay for them. All the cocktails I tried were tasteless and mostly water alcohol and sugar. All coktails taste the same. Not happy with the quality of drinks. Also the sailing, I was trying to sail 3 days in a row, wasn't available. from what I seen only weekend you can do sailing....

"Was our first time in Mauritius, and won’t be our last. We will also more than likely stay here again. Wish the breakfast would switch it up a little. The exact same food every day is a little mundane when staying for more than a couple days. But overall, customer service was top notch and the hotel was very pleasant."

"THIS WAS AMAZING!!! The peacefulness of the area. The outside shower was so good. Also, there are so many animals around that you can feed. I loved the deers, boars, monkeys, swans, variety of birds and so much more! The Bubble was amazing at night and it was so eco friendly! I loved it! Only thing it was a bit cold at night so bring warm clothes. But otherwise the Tea was soo good the food especially the vanilla dish. ALL AROUND BEST money spent!"

"A little disorganised at check in. Reception staff insisted I present them with a voucher before they would give us access to the room. I had no voucher (is this the 1990s???) and would not accept that a booking in my name would in fact be my reservation!! Not ideal after a 12 hour flight from London. 90 minutes completely wasted and frustrating to say the least. However, that was the only issue with the hotel. "The location was wonderful and really like the place . Very secure quiet and the facilities provided such as the onsite swimming pool and gym. We could use all the facilities within the hotel compound such as restaurants and cafe were very convenient and also the other activities on site. Overall , we have enjoyed our stay very much.
