The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. I had to call the hotel to ask for a QR code, the lady who answer (probably the Owner) wasn't kind and I had to answer her in the same way, because I know how to deal with Italians exactly as they do (sometimes). Our rooms were spacious and had plenty of beds. the pool was simple but fun, about 40 inches deep throughout. The building itself and fixtures in the room and throughout are rather aged and in need of update, but it was a good deal for the price.
