We could enter the room 2 hours earlier than actual check-in which was very good since it was a hot day. After entering the room we noticed that the bathroom have not been thourougly cleaned as there were long black hair on the floor and we noticed the bed linen had some stains on...

"The only complaint, and it was NOT the fault of the hotel - our view was spectacular, but due to it's direction never got the sun. So, felt a little cold and dark. But this is only a minor quibble. The hotel is awesome and the food selection was incredible! One other thing. I did not like that there was only one beer option - and it was not really very good beer."

"The service here was brilliant. The manager couldn’t do enough to look after us. Breakfast was also excellent with a small menu instead of a buffet and everything was delicious. The room could have a bit of attention as some lights didn’t seem to work, there were no English TV channels working and the shower wasn’t fully attached. However the service more than made up for these little niggles!"
