"Checked in all ok, was given a room with a double bed, asked for 2 single beds as travelling with 19 year old son. No tea making facilities, plastic glasses on the bathroom. Had to ask for the air con to switched on"

"The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station and in easy walking distance of the city centre. It is a little outdated and could do with modernisation. The room we had was lovely and big, but the corner bath was difficult to get in and out of to use the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door one morning, they were talking loudly, using mobile phones and banging about right outside our door, even...

"An exceptional hotel to stay at less than 25 minutes drive to Venice. I booked this hotel to relax in the pool and for piece and quiet in the evenings after the hustle and bustle of visiting Venice during the day. Much more affordable too. Wonderful staff "
